Cerasus Cherry IPA is an experimental New England style IPA infused with a mix of sweet and tart cherries. In contrast to traditional New England style IPA’s, Cerasus deviates from the citrus backbone characteristic of this style. Instead, we opted to experiment with the Idaho Gem hop and condition the beer on a layer of cherries. (ABV 6.1%)
This smooth and rich Doppelbock is toasty with its Munich Pils and Vienna blend creating a low to medium bitterness. You’ll find notes of Raisins, Figs, Stone Fruit, and Chocolate... (ABV 7.5%)
This brew is inspired by a southern tradition, and we've been known to have a sweet tooth! This beer began as our house Berliner Weisse and then was conditioned on 1lb per gallon of blueberries. We added fresh whole Vanilla beans and a large amount of graham crackers! The flavor and aroma match the name, you're coerced by a demanding aroma of fresh blueberry muffin batter. The flavor gives way to something more, a distinct tartness up front kneads you into a tart Blueberry Turnover... (ABV 5.7%)
Couch Pillow, the natural follow up to Couch Blanket, this time the luxuriously smooth and comforting Imperial Cream Ale has been blended with fresh ground coffee, hazelnut and marshmallows. Get comfy and snuggle up with a Couch Pillow (ABV 8.5%)
Red Sky at night, sailor’s delight- a rhyme that sailors believed could predict the weather, but no one could have predicted how delightful this fruited sour would be. The perfect color of this comes from a mix of Dragon fruit, banana, mango & a hint of vanilla that creates calmness with every sip just as a red night sky calms those at sea...

While making this Blonde Stout they decided instead of getting all those Stout Flavors from roasted malts, the brewers used coffee with an aroma of chocolate and sweetness from milk sugars to get this bold roastiness that this brew possesses...
